1 12 oz. can solid white albacore tuna packed in water1/3 of a 7oz. pkg of lowfat Greek yogurt2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish1/4 c sunflower seedssalt pepper curry powdermustard powderAncho chile powder, all to taste
Mix tuna with yogurt first, then add pickle relish, sunflower seeds and seasoning to taste. Serve on lettuce or with crackers.
