1/2 cup of dry oatmeal1 1/4 cup of hot water1 packet of no-sugar-added cocoa mixSplash of Vanilla ExtractPinch of cinnamonHandful of Craisins ( you could use raisins, too)
Mix all ingreadents except the dried fruit in a tall bowl. (I used a 4 cup Pyrex measuring cup.) Be sure to mix until the lumps from the cocoa mix are gone. Cook in microwave for 3 minutes. When done, stir a few times. Add fruit and stir to combine.
