Ginger & Garlic Crusted Rockfish

1 Rockfish fillet, 3 ozGinger Root, 1 tsp Garlic, 1 clove Sesame Oil, 1 1tspJuice of half a lemon Japanese Bread Crumbs or Panko, 1/3 cup (or even a bit less)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Chop the garlic and ginger very finely.
Season the rockfish fillet with ground pepper (no need for salt, but you could use a bit of sea salt if you want) and a bit of seasame oil and lemon juice.
Place the fillet of fish skin side down on a baking tray or dish and cover with the finely chopped ginger and garlic mix and the japanese breadcrumbs.
Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Take out and sprinkle with some chilli flakes and a squeeze of lemon. Serve with lots of green veg with some fresh red chilli.
