Ingredients
15 mini fillo shells1/2 cup finely diced celery1/2 cup finely diced red pepper1/4 cup shredded carrots1/4 diced tomatoes1/3 cup plain greek yogurt1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Directions
Arrange the fillo shells on a plate or cookie sheet.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and spoon into the fillo shells.
