1.5 lbs pinto beans rinsed and any rocks and bad beans picked out ( 1 and a half bags)1 can rotel with lime and cilantro1 large onionGarlic, prepared chopped garlic - 3 tbsp chili powder, 2 tsp cumin, 2 tsp Garlic powder & Onion powder- big shake of each approx 1 tsp eachBetter Than Bouillon - ham base- 3 tbspCrushed Red Pepper Flakes, 1 tsp Bacon Bits 'Hormel Real Bacon', 10 tbspor a 1/2 bag6 cups of water or enough to cover beans about 1 inchCombine all above ingredients in Slow Cooker and set to 8 hours on low.
