"Cake Pan" Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
Unbleached All-Purpose Flour, 1.5 cupGranulated Sugar, 1 cupCocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .25 cup Salt, .5 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tspVanilla Extract, 1 tsp Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp Canola Oil, .33 cup Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour an 8" square or 9" round cake pan.
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients thoroughly. Blend wet ingredients in a small bowl or 2-cup measuring cup. Add wet ingredients to dry and whisk together quickly. Pour into pan and bake 35 - 40 minutes.
Serve directly from the pan, as it tends to want to stay there!
