Low fat corn muffins

Ingredients
1 cup of Dorsey's corn meal3/4 cup of gluten free bread flour1 egg1 cup of cream style corn3 tbs of sugar3 tsp of baking powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients in bowl, pour into greased 12 muffin tin. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min.
