Easy Bean & Cheese Burrito

Ingredients
1/2 c. Rosarita No-Fat Refried Beans1 10" flour tortilla1/2 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese1/4 c. diced tomatoes
Directions
Heat beans in small pot. Warm tortilla for 10-25 sec. in microwave. Spoon beans onto tortilla, top with shredded sharp cheddar (sharp cheddar gives it more flavor w/ less cheese!) and tomatoes. Roll up, folding in ends and enjoy! Makes one serving.
