Sunday Night Lentil Soup

Ingredients
2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced3 carrots, peeled and sliced2 stalks celery, sliced1 onion, diced1 c. lentils4 c. broth (I used beef)3 c. water1 1/2 - 2 T olive oil
Directions
Heat oil. Cook onion until soft. Put in potatoes, carrots, celery, and lentils. Add flour. Stir. Add broth/water/spices to your taste. Stir. Bring to boil, then lower heat and simmer 40 mins or until lentils are tender.
