Mom's White Chicken Chile

Ingredients
**Chicken Breast (raw, boneless, skinless), 36 oz (remove)Beans, pinto, 397 grams (remove)Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 397 grams (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 624 grams (remove)*Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)Scallions, raw, 3 large (remove)Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)*Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 2 cup (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)*Flour, white, .25 cup (remove)Beans, navy, 397 grams (remove)
Directions
Cut chicken into cubes and coat with flour.

Heat olive oil in pan and add chopped scallions and garlic, saute for 1 minute. Add cumin and chicken, brown for 1-2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for 60-90 minutes.
