Ingredients
Canned Tomatoes, 4 cup (remove)*Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)*Macaroni, cooked, unenriched, .75 cup elbow shaped (remove)*Zuccini - medium, 1 serving (remove)Carrots, raw, .75 cup, chopped (remove)Beans, red kidney, 2 cup (remove)Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Salt, 1.5 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove)4 cups of water1 tsp italian seasoning
Directions
place everything except macaroni in a slow cooker, cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 4-6, 20 minutes prior to serving add uncooked macaroni, top with parmesan cheese if desired.
