1/4 Cup Steel Cut Oats1/4 Cup Bulgur1/4 Cup Quinoa1/4 Cup Flax Seed Meal1 Cinnamon Stick1 tsp Nutmeg3 tsp Cardamon1 Cup Chopped appleOptional: Honey, Almonds to dress up in the morningAdd all ingredients to a greased or lined crockpot. Cook on low setting for 6-7 hours.
