Directions
*Flour, white, 6 cup*Whole Wheat Flour, 3/4 cHodgson Mill Multi Grain Hot cereal, 3/4 cSalt, 4 tsp Pumpkin Seeds, 1 cup Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 cup, hulled yeast, 2thoney, 1twater, 3 scant cups

Mix yeast w/water and honey in separate bowl, allow yeast to bloom.
Stir in water mix and mix well, then blend in flour until dough consistency is reached....seeds toward end of process.
Let rise in at least two balls covered with a damp towel for at least 1 1/2 hours. Form loaves or put in loaf pans.
Let rise again 1 1/2 or 2 hours. Flour and slit tops before baking. Preheat oven to 450. When ready to bake, spray oven to create steam then put in loaf (ves). Spray again after 5 minutes. then bake 25-35 minutes until golden brown.
Remove, spray with a bit of water if you want a shiny crust, and cool on a rack.
(you can also brush a bit of egg white and sprinkle seeds across the top in the last minute or two of baking to make it pretty)
Two big loaves makes about 25 1/2" slices each. We've counted a serving as two slices.

Sounds perfect for what I'm looking for, easy, quick, good for me! Only problem is, 2 loaves = 25 slices, 2 slices = 1 serving BUT nutrition info = 25 servings per recipe, not good at math, but this doesn't add up! =:-) - 12/1/09

Just read a little more carefully. It says EACH loaves makes about 25 slices. SO...that is 50 slices because the recipe makes 2 loaves, and a serving (as stated) is 2 slices. Make more sense now?
