Roasted Garbanzo Beans

2 Cans Garbanzo Beans3 TBLSP Olive Oil1 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp cuminsalt and pepper to taste1 tsp Third Street Seasoning
Drain, rinse and dry the garbanzo beans. Once they are somewhat dry you can put them in the olive oil with the seasonings. Feel free to experiment with the seasonings...next time I think I may add some garlic powder. After you have coated the beans. put them on a foil lined or parchment lined baking pan. Roast in the oven for at least 20 minutes. Half way thru the baking time, stir the beans up a bit. I like to bake mine longer since I prefer a crunchier garbanzo bean.
