Fudgy Gluten Free Brownies

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter1/4 cup cocoa powder1 cup brown sugar1 tsp vanilla2 large eggs1/4 cup cornstarch1/2 tsp salt1 cup chocolate chips or dark chocolate pieces
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. and lightly grease an 8-by-8-inch baking pan.

In a saucepan over a low heat, melt butter and add cocoa powder. Whisk.

Mix the brown sugar, eggs and vanilla into the butter/cocoa mixture.

Add the cornstarch and salt and mix well.

Stir in chocolate chips or dark chocolate pieces.

Pour the mixture into the baking pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Your brownies are done when a toothpick stuck into the center of the pan comes out clean.

Allow the brownies ample time to cool and set before serving.





Serving Size: 8-by-8-inch baking pan makes 8 to 12.
