Amber's Chicken Corn and Potato Chowder

Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 lb., cut into bite-sized piecesButter, unsalted, 2 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 medium, diced Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium, dicedCarrots, raw, 2 medium, dicedCorn, sweet yellow, canned, cream style - 1 canYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 16 oz bag*Potato, raw, 9 small (red potatoes, diced)Chicken Broth, 4 cup (32 oz carton)Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 2 cups*Flour, white, .25 cupSalt and Pepper to taste
Melt butter in large stock pot, then cook chicken, onion and celery until chicken is done. Add in both corn, broth, carrots and potatoes, cover and let simmer for 15-20 minutes. Whisk flour into milk, until there are no lumps left, then add to pot. Simmer an additional 30 minutes.
