Sizzling Garlic and Citrus Shrimp with French Bread

1 loaf French bread1 pound large shrimp in the shell1/2 cup butter, melted1/3 cup lime juice1/3 cup lemon juice1/3 cup orange juice1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped6 garlic clove(s), finely chopped1/8 teaspoon coarse salt1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper1 whole lemon(s), cut into wedges
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
[1] Wrap the bread in foil and heat in the oven.
[2] Peel and devein the shrimp but leave the tails intact.
[3] Arrange the shrimp in a layer on a large shallow baking
dish. Combine the butter, lime juice, lemon juice, orange
juice, cilantro, garlic, salt and cayenne pepper in a bowl and
mix well. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp.
[4] Remove the bread and heat the broiler. Broil the shrimp
for 8 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink, turning once or
twice.
[5] Serve with the French bread and lemon wedges.
