6 oz Italian Sausage6 cups Mushroom Pasta Sauce7 cup (dry) Whole Wheat Rotini96 slices Pepperoni 2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
Heat oven to 425°
In a big pot start cooking pasta as directed on the box.
Place Sausage in a large skillet, and crumble it into little pieces as it cooks.
After Sausage is cooked, add the pasta sauce and bring to a simmer.
After pasta has cooked drain and mix with the sauce. Spray two 8 x 11.5 cooking dishes with cooking spray, add one layer of pasta (about one noodle deep), pepperoni, and half cup of cheese. Repeat one more time then place in oven for 15 minutes.
Each baking dish has 8 - 3x4 inch servings.
