Chicken Stir Fry

2 lbs. chicken breast sliced thinly12 oz Broccolli - stems removed4 oz Baby Carrots blanched8 oz Mushrooms8 oz Green Zucchini - slicedWhite Onion - cut in slices, then cut those in half
Cut up all veggies, saute in 1/2 of sesame oil, garlic, and soy, sauce mixture.
To blanch carrots, boil for 2.5 minutes, drain then place in bowl of ice water to stop them from cooking.
Cut up chicken in thin slices, saute in second 1/2 of sauce mixture.
Combine and serve.
