Ingredients:Beef, top sirloin, 3.5 oz*Snap peas, 1.25 cupBroccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped*Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 0.5 cupBeef stock, home-prepared, 3 cupShirataki ( Yam ) Noodles, 1 serving
Directions
bring to a boil all ingredients above in a sauce pot of water or stock, except the noodles, rince and drain the noodles well under hot tap water to remove the fishy smell. then place into the cooking pot with all other ingredients until hot.
