Ingredients

2 lbs grass fed lean ground beef1 cup panko breadcrumbs3 large egg whites2 cloves garlic1/2 cup sweet red pappers1/2 cup chopped zucchini1/2 cup grated onion1 tsp parsley1 tsp basil1 tsp oregano1 tsp thyme1/4 to 1/2 cup water or beef broth
Mix all ingredients together, except liquid. Gradually add water or broth to desired consistency. Mold into a loaf. Place on rack in roasting pan. Roast for one hour in 350 degree oven. Remove and let rest before slicing into 1 inch slices. So easy and satisfying!
