chicken veggie stir fry

Ingredients
Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 8 ounces *Snap peas, 3 cup Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp Garlic, 9 cloves chopped *Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 7 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp asian chile garlic paste
Directions
heat pan add oil and saute garlic on medium high heat for 1 minute. Add chicken and mushrooms and sate 2 minutes more add carrots and celery saute 2 more minutes add remaining veggies soy sauce and chili garlic paste cover and cook 3 minutes or until tender crisp.
