Braised Chicken with Mushrooms

Ingredients
8 chicken thighs1/2 cup milk1 T of dried Thyme3 garlic cloves1 med shallot2 cups of white wine16 oz of baby portabello mushrooms
Directions
In a dutch oven, spray with cooking spray, brown chicken thighs. Reduce heat add in shallots and garlic. Saute. Add wine and mushrooms and thyme. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. When chicken is fully cooked add milk to make sauce creamy. Serve with carb or veggie or your choice.
