Chinese chicken salad

Ingredients
1-2 boneless skinless chicken breasts2cups of baby spinach2 cups of mixed salad greens1 cup shredded carrots 1 cup shredded cabbage1 small orange w/ peel2-4 oz of dry won ton noodles4T of asian sesame dressing
Directions
grill chicken
mix all the vegetables
grate the peel off of the orange
squeeze 1/2 of the orange's juice on salad
cut chicken and place on top of salad
add dressing
toss lightly
and....serve....yum!
