Spinach and Sausage Soup

Ingredients
1 or 2lbs Italian Sausage casings removed, depending on how meaty you like it!Olive oil- enough to sautee sausage and onions in1 Yellow Onion3 cloves garlic chopped2 32oz boxes of Chicken Broth2 cans of Italian Style Stewed Tomatos1 bag of frozen spinachSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Sautee Sausage, garlic and onions in olive oil over medium heat. Add Chicken Broth and Tomatoes, bring to a boil. Let simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Add spinach, and stir. Allow to boil for an additional 2 to 3 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
