Ingredients
2/3 cup ground pecans2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs1 tsp salt1 pound chicken breasts1 egg
Directions
Combine pecan meal, breadcrumbs and salt. Stir egg in small bowl until yolk is broken and combined. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes and the toss to coat in egg and then in crumb mixture. Bake for 18 minutes at 475.
