healthified salsa beef chili

Ingredients
1 lb lean grund beef1 large onion, chopped2 clloves garlic chopped19 oz organic no salt added diced tomatoes, undrained16 oz organic medium salsa30 oz red kidney beans2 T chili powder1 tsp cumin 1 tsp sugar
Directions
In 4 qt dutch oven cook onions and beef overmed high heat until meat is thoroughly cooked; drain. Return to stove, add garlic cook and stir 1 minute.
Stir in remaining ingredients, reduce heat to low and sinmer 30 minutes stirring occassionally til thickened.
