Spicy black bean burgers

3 1/2 tbsp light mayo1 tbsp canned chipotle in adobo sauce16 oz can black beans rinsed and drained1/2 red bell pepper cut in pieces1/2 cup chopped scallions3 tbsp chopped cilantro3 cloves of garlic chopped1 egg white1tbsp ground cumin1/4 tsp salt1 tsp hot sauce1/2 quick oats4 100 calorie buns1 small avocado
combine mayo and chipotle and set aside
Dry the beans well after washing. In a medium bowl mash beans with fork until thick and pasty.
In a food processor finely chop bell pepper, cilantro, onion, and garlic. Then add oats, egg white, and spices. Stir into mashed beans.
Divide mixture into four patties and place them on a flat surface covered with wax paper. If mixture is a little wet add oats.
Freeze at least 2 hours before cooking or keep frozen until ready to cook.
Heat a lightly sprayed skillet and cook frozen burgers about 7 minutes on each side.
