Kale and mixed veggie soup

Ingredients
KaleSpinachBroccoliCornTurkey BaconMarinara of choiceGarlicOnionCelerySalt, pepper, and seasonings of choice
Directions
sweat (diced) onions garlic and celery in large pot. Add (diced) turkey bacon. Once onions become transparent add chicken broth, marinara, all veggies and other seasonings. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer. Let sit for at least an hour so that kale becomes tender and loses bitterness.
