No Sugar Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup smooth peanut butter1 cup Splenda sugar substitute (no substitutes)1 egg
Directions
Mix well, drop onto cookie sheet, criss-cross with fork as with traditional peanut butter cookies. Bake at 350 F for 8-10 minutes, or until bottoms are lightly browned. Cool on wire rack.
