Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, .75 cup (not packed) *Athenos Greek Strained Non-Fat Yogurt Plain .5 cup Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .5 cup **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp Stevia in the Raw, .5 serving Almonds, 6 almond
Directions
Mix yogurt, vanilla and stevia. Add cottage cheese and blueberries on tip. Sprinkle flax and put almonds in.
