Gemini refined soyabean oil Net 1 litre, 20 gram(s) Mustard seeds Net 4 g, 5 gram(s) Black gram dal (Urad dal), 5 gram(s) Toor Dal (Red gram), 10 serving Onions, raw, 40 grams Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 800 grams Peas, frozen, 150 grams Mori-Nu Silken Firm Lite Tofu Net 349 g, 40 gram(s) DAAWAT Quick Cooking Brown Basmati Rice, 150 gram(s) Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp Garlic, 2 tsp Salt, 0.25 cup *Coriander seed, 1 tbsp
1) Cube capsicum, soak peas, weigh and cut tofu into cubes. Rinse and drain rice.
2) Take wide, shallow pressure cooker. Add oil, splutter mustard, fry urad dal, toor dal, onions, ginger garlic paste.
3) Add bell pepper, peas. Mix well.
4) Add salt, turmeric, coriander powder. Mix well.
5) Add rice. Mix. Add water to cover. Add tofu cubes one by one, stirring well.
6) Cover and cook for 2-3 whistles.
Serving Size: makes eight 1-cup servings
