Indian Cauliflower Subzi

Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower head- clove of garlic(minced)- thumbsize ginger(minced)- canola oil for cooking 1-2tbsp- 2 tomatoes diced- -1-2 potatoes(opt)- green peas(opt)- 1/2 tsp of:Ground yellow/ brown mustardGround cuminGround turmericChili powder
Directions
1. Cook garlic, ginger, and spices in oil
2. After a minute or two add yellow onion and soften
3. Add cauliflower and tomatoes and cook till cauliflower is cooked enough
