Ingredients
560g bread flour340g warm water1 tsp yeast2 tsp salt
Directions
Add yeast to warm water, cover, and set aside until frothy, about 5-10 minutes. Then combine all ingredients and mix then knead about 10 minute (or 10 minutes with bread hooks on a mixer, on medium). Cover, set aside in a warm place, and let rise until double, about 2-4 hours.

Punch down to remove air and rearrange yeast. Shape flat, about the dimensions of a piece of paper, and set aside 10 minutes to rest. Then fold in half, pinching seam, and repeating until you have a round loaf/tube. Place in a greased loaf pan, cover, and let rise (until nearly double or at least until you think it will rise no longer).

In the meantime preheat oven to 450F. When ready place loaf in oven, reduce heat to 350F, and late bake one hour (internal temperature ~200F). Remove and let cool on a wire rack.

It will make one ~800g loaf. Slice as you will. I'm calculating for about 20 slices.
