Mike's Blackberry Muffins

Ingredients
2 1/2 cps flour2/3 cp Splenda1/2 tsp salt4 tsp baking powder1 1/2 cp 2% milk2 eggs1/2 cp vegetable oil1 pint blackberries, fresh
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. mix all dry ingredients together; in a seperate bowl mix all wet ingredients together. Stir together. Gently fold in blackberries. Line muffin tin with papers, divide batter equally into muffin cups. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until, lightly golden and tops spring back at the touch.
