Roasted Rosemary Seasoned Potatoes

Ingredients
8 baby Yukon Gold potatoes2 tsp. fresh Rosemary sprig (no stem)2 tsp. EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)2 tsp. Herbes de Provence seasoning1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
Directions
Wash and cut potatoes into wedges and place in bowl. Coat with olive oil and then place on baking sheet. Add Rosemary, seasoning and salt. Bake at 400-425 for 15-20 minutes.
