3 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 can diced tomatoes1 medium onion6 oz whole wheat spaghettiGarlicItalian (Herb)BasilParmesan (optional)
Spray 3 chicken breasts with Pam, garlic, basil and italian seasoning; bake at 400 for 45 minutes; when chicken goes in the oven, on stovetop add diced tomatoes and onion and cover, heat on medium for about 20 minutes ... add garlic, basil and italian seasoning; add to chicken for last 20 minutes of cooking time; serve over spaghetti; optional - add one tbs parmesan per service (not included in nutritional value)
