12 Jalapeņo4 oz non fat cream cheese1/2 cup reduced fat cheddar cheeseOnion powder3 slices of bacon (cut in 4ths)
Cut jalapeņos in half, remove seeds and ribs depending on how "hot" your want them.
Mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar and onion powder.
Fill pepper halves with cheese mixture.
Wrap each half in a 1/4 slice of bacon.
Bake in oven at 350 till bacon is cooked and cheese is melted.
Serving Size: Makes 24 (2 halves per serving)
