Whole wheat peanut butter pancakes

1 C whole wheat flour2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 C creamy peanut butter2 1/2 Tbsp sugar2 Tbsp olive oil1 egg1 C milk1/8 cup mini m&ms
In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl mix together peanut butter, sugar and oil until smooth
Add in egg and milk.
Pour milk mixture into flour mixture and stir until blended. Do not overmix. It will be thick!
Heat griddle to 350
Pour batter onto griddle using a 1/4 cup cookie scoop and cook until bubbles appear on the surface and then flip. Cook on second side for a few more minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 12 3-4 inch pancakes
