1 cup fully cooked shredded chicken breast (you can use more, I just used what I had available)1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and chiles1/2 pkg fajita seasoning1 can water1 pkg elbow macaroni2 tbsp salt1 bag (10 oz) mixed green, yellow, and red bell pepper, with onion
Cook macaroni per package instructions. Set aside. Heat chicken, vegetables, Rotel, fajita seasoning, and water in a large covered skillet. Add macaroni. Cover and heat until all ingredients are heated through.
