Senegal Stew

Ingredients
1 Tbsp. oil2 c. coursely chopped cabbage (1 sm. head)1 chopped onion2 cloves minced garlic--I use pre-minced .5 tsp. red pepper flakes.25 tsp dried thyme.5 tsp. curry powder1 14 oz. can of diced tomatoes1 c. water/broth2 Tbsp. peanut butter2 diced and peeled sweet potatoes1.5 c. rutabaga --if frozen is available, I'll use the bag1 c. sliced carrot1 c. chickpeas--I toss in a can, drained2 c. cooked millet to serve the stew upon
Directions
Chop cabbage and cook in tablespoon oil until soft and all other ingredients, chopping first, the vegetables. Cook covered for about 40 minutes.
You can serve the stew over millet, or you can just have it without.
