Kefir salad dressing

12oz. plain kefir2oz flaxseed oil1-2 tsp dried or fresh chopped basil1 TBSP dried onion flakes1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper4 - 6 drops lemon flavored stevia1 TBSP prepared mustard (optional)1 TBSP chia seeds (to thicken)Shake vigorously and serve. Best if it sits for 30min or more before eating.
