Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients
36 raw medium shrimp1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic1/2 cup butter melted (or olive oil)Salt and pepper to taste6 wooden skewers
Directions
Heat the grill on low heat. Peel and devein the shrimp. Place 6 shrimp on each skewer. Chop the garlic. Melt the butter. Combine the butter and garlic, then brush over the shrimp. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste. Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook until shrimp are pink.

Serving Size: Makes 6 skewers with 6 shrimp each
