Lemon Thyme Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
4 Chicken Breasts, or 8 tenders no skin, no bones4 cloves garlic1 Lemon1 tsp ground Thymesprinkle salt and pepper3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Heat olive oil in pan, add garlic. Sautee for a few minutes over medium heat. Rinse chicken in cool water and add to pan. Slice half of lemon. Squeeze the unsliced half over chicken in pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and thyme.
When edges appear cooked, flip chicken pieces and place sliced lemon on top while it cooks in pan.
When chicken fully cooked, drain off excess lemon juice and oil. return to heat and cook to desired brown.
