2 Cups Flour1 Cup Sugar1/2 Cup Oil1 Cup Canned Pumpkin1/2 Tsp. Salt2 Tsp. Baking Powder1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract2 Tsp. Cinnamon, ground1 Tsp. Baking Soda (dissolved in milk)1 Tsp. Skim Milk1 Egg1 Cup Nestle Chocolate Chips
1. Combine sugar, oil, pumpkin and egg.
2. Fold in dry ingredients.
3. Add milk with dissolved baking soda.
4. Add chocolate chips.
5. Spoon onto greased baking sheet and bake at 375° degrees for 10-12 minutes.
