Quinoa, dry, .25 cup (remove)Buckwheat, .25 cup (remove)Psyllium seed, husks, 1 TBSP, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Makes 4 servings.

cook grains in double amount of water.
Mix cooked grains with psyllium fiber. Divide dough in 4 equal pieces. roll flat and cook in skillet covered with non stick spray.
