French toast breakfast scramble (carrots and cake)

Ingredients
1 whole egg2 egg whites1 mashed bananaTo taste: vanilla, cinnamon, honeyPat of butterAlmond butter
Directions
1. Heat skillet over medium high heat.
2. Combine all ingredients except butter and almond butter
3. Melt the butter in the pan (I use a silicone basting brush to spread so I don't need to use as much butter on the pan)
4. Pour mixture in pan and stir until no longer runny.
5. Pour mixture in a bowl and top with almond butter, allowing the almond butter to melt. Stir and enjoy.
