whole wheat pasta, 4 oz. 1 onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, mincedground beef, lean 1/4 pound1 can tomatoesItalian seasoningsLor Peynir, 100 gramskashkaval cheese, light 100 gramstomato pastesalt, black pepperOptional: mushrooms, zucchini, green or red peppers, parmesan cheese
Saute onions and garlic. Add ground beef. Drain fat. Add pasta, tomatoes, seasonings and water. Cook until pasta is done...15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix cheeses and more seasoning. When pasta is done drop cheese by spoonfuls on top of hot pasta. Let it warm, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
