Whipped Cauliflower - Lowfat (hcg)

Ingredients
fresh steamed cauliflower (400 g)chicken stock (1/2 cup)coconut oil (1/2 tsp)lemon juice (1/2 tbsp)garlic, minced (1 tsp)black pepper (1/2 tsp)sea salt (1/4 tsp)
Directions
Rough chop & steam the cauliflower. Drain well.

In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth (took about 8 minutes) - scraping down sides as the cauliflower crawls up.
