20 grape tomatoes, chopped1 Tbs. cilantro, freeze-dried1 dash salt1 Tbs. lime juice or lemon juice20 tortilla chips2 oz. mozzarella cheese1 Tbs. fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix tomatoes, cilantro, salt and lime juice in a small bowl. Arrange chips flat on a baking sheet. Spoon fresh salsa on each chip. Top each chip with cheese. Bake until for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with fresh parsley.
